Tuesdays - all year
6.00 until 8.00 (junior athletics group and endurance group 6.30 until 8). There is a 'beginners group' from 5.30 until 6.30 for our youngest athletes.
Thursdays - Summer
Summer (from April to October) 6.00 until 8.00 (junior running group and endurance group 6.30 until 8)
Thursdays - Winter
Conditioning 6.30 until 8 at clubhouse on Thursdays, October to March. Training on the track from 6.30 until 8.00.
Cross Country Training
September to April, Saturday morning 10.20 – 11.30 meeting at Lime Kiln Car Park at Ham Hill (first car park on left if coming from Yeovil through Odcombe or last on the right if coming up the hill from Stoke Sub Hamdon). We have quite a thriving group of all ages (from year 5 children upwards) and abilities and compete quite regularly for our combined Wells/Yeovil team.If anyone wants more details about training they can ring Annette Weale on 01935 862219.
The coaches that run the session are Geoff Cole (Level 2 Endurance Coach), Darren White (Level 3 Endurance Coach) and Annette Weale (Level 3 Development Coach). We also have a few parents who run with the group so we can cater for everyone’s needs.
In addition to the YOAC training,
South Somerset District Council also run a session on Monday nights
Training for 8 – 14 years on Mondays at Yeovil Athletic Arena (call SSDC - 01935 462462)
8 – 11 years 5.30 - 6.30pm
12- 14 years 6.45 - 7.45pm
Once an athlete is in school year 5 they are then able to train with Yeovil Olympiads on Tuesdays and Thursdays and could also partake in the SSDC session on Mondays.

Men and Women - Under 17's and above (standards apply for U17)

Male and female, all ages.
Yeovil Open Meetings
Male and female, all ages
